We will only use information provided by yourselves in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All personal details submitted to The English Cottage Garden Nursery will not be disclosed to any other party. We only keep name and address details of customers and these details are private to ourselves and not released to anybody else.

Payments made online are processed via Paypal (if you opt for that payment method) or WorldPay (if you pay by card), using 128 bit encryption and secure server. PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED A WORLDPAY ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CARD - Worldpay are our payment processors for card payments. The English Cottage Garden Nursery has no access to customer credit/debit card details when payment is made this way. For payments made over the telephone or by fax/e-mail, we do not keep on record customer bank details after their payment has been processed - such information is destroyed. All credit/debit card payments are processed through the WorldPay secure server.

We are also regularly scanned by Securitymetrics for any breaches in our online security. This is compulsory and required by our bank. For your peace of mind we are compliant with all issues tested.
