Privacy Statement
We will only use information provided by yourselves in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All personal details submitted to The English Cottage Garden Nursery will not be disclosed to any other party. We only keep name and address details of customers and these details are private to ourselves and not released to anybody else. Customer details are retained for record purposes and for sending out one further catalogue to customers who have previously placed an order with the Nursery. We do not send out any other kind of marketing material. If you do not wish to receive a new catalogue please e-mail us at [email protected] and head it "Unsubscribe". Payments made online are processed via WorldPay, using 128 bit encryption and secure server. The English Cottage Garden Nursery has no access to customer bank account details. For payments made over the telephone or by fax/e-mail, we do not keep on record customer bank details after their payment has been processed - such information is destroyed. Telephone/fax/e-mail payments are processed through the World Pay secure server. If you wish to know what information we have on record about yourself, you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we will provide you with details, which will be amended or deleted if inaccurate.
